Performance Marketer (Remote, South Africa)

A full-time remote paid social role for an experienced performance marketer based in South Africa who can work UK business hours. The role supports education-related businesses that run open-day events, with the aim of filling those events through efficient paid acquisition. It sits within a recruitment setting that places marketing and sales professionals with client companies across several countries. Well suited to a hands-on marketer who enjoys owning results from ad creative through to lead-to-booking conversion within a small, collaborative team.

What you'll do

• Run, optimise and scale paid social campaigns that generate enough qualified leads to fill open days
• Keep cost per lead within agreed targets without compromising lead quality
• Track and improve lead-to-booking rates through funnel analysis
• Research local competitors and market conditions
• Brief and test new ad concepts with content creators and A/B test landing pages
• Produce monthly reports on results, tests and recommended changes, with accurate server-side attribution

What you need

• Proven experience building paid advertising creative strategies and directing content creators
• Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel
• Track record of hitting lead generation, CPL, conversion or booking targets
• Strong technical knowledge of paid media platforms and performance marketing fundamentals
• Agency experience and comfort in a small, collaborative team; familiarity with Basecamp or similar tools
• Based in South Africa and able to work standard UK business hours
