Product Engineer - Ads Engine (Remote - UK, US, Poland, Bulgaria)

Hiring in the UK, US, Poland and Bulgaria; the role must cover European working hours, and the company says it can be done from anywhere between the US East Coast and India. This is a founding-level product engineering role on a new ads product in an AI audio and video company. The product uses an AI system that plans, generates, localizes, launches and learns from ads across major ad platforms, built on the company's own audio and video models. There is no product manager and no fixed spec, so you would decide what to build based on user conversations. The team is small and autonomous, and it values shipping a rough version quickly over long planning.

What you'll do

• Own a product area end to end, from user research and scoping through to release
• Build data pipelines, agent tools and user-facing interfaces across the stack
• Develop LLM and agent features using tools, retrieval and evaluation frameworks
• Talk directly with users and decide which features to build first and why
• Launch new ad formats and feed competitive insights into the system's reporting

What you need

• Has built and shipped a product end to end, ideally as a founder or early engineer
• Strong full-stack engineer, frontend- or backend-leaning, able to build a pipeline, an agent tool and the UI
• Practical experience building with LLMs and agents, including evals
• Comfortable working with users and articulating product priorities
• Able to work during European time zones
• Experience with ad platforms, adtech, analytics or marketing tools is a plus
