Product Engineer (Remote - Worldwide)

The company is natively remote and works asynchronously, so candidates can apply from any country. Strong written English is required. This is a full-stack product engineering role at a well-funded, product-led analytics platform company with more than 500,000 organizations using its software. Engineers own products from idea to production, including pricing, user feedback loops and documentation. The team is small, autonomous and ships quickly, with meeting-free days built into the week.

What you'll do

• Own features and products end to end, from originating ideas and talking to users through to shipping MVPs in production and iterating on feedback
• Build and maintain full-stack code across the backend and a React-based frontend, using the company's design system for basic UX
• Build capabilities that AI agents can use, such as APIs, MCP servers and machine-readable docs
• Take part in the weekly support rotation, resolving customer-reported issues and shipping fixes, plus some on-call time
• Write clear documentation and technical write-ups for the features you build

What you need

• Experience building software that agents or automated systems use, such as an API an agent can drive, an MCP server or evals (side projects count)
• Full-stack experience with technologies such as Python and React, or similar stacks
• Experience taking a project from zero to one, whether leading a project, founding a company or building a significant side project
• Strong written communication skills, with the ability to make persuasive arguments in public-facing writing
• Comfortable working asynchronously across time zones and taking initiative without close supervision
