Real Estate Transaction Lead (Remote, Central US)

A fast-growing healthcare company focused on preventive care is opening non-invasive health clinics across the United States, with plans to grow from a handful of sites to a portfolio in the hundreds by 2030. This is a hands-on, transaction-focused position for someone who will run the full leasing process for the Central region and report directly to the Director of Real Estate for the US. The team is small and still being built, so you will help define how the function works.

What you'll do

• Find, assess and move forward retail clinic sites across Central US markets, including site selection and market tours
• Lead deals from first contact through LOI negotiation to signed lease, keeping pace with the regional opening plan
• Prepare LOI and lease approval memos that set out economics, risks and a clear recommendation for executives
• Build and maintain relationships with institutional and private landlords in the region
• Manage tenant representation brokers across several markets and hold them to pipeline and timeline targets
• Work with Legal, Construction, Design and Facilities to take signed leases into buildout, and use the company's GIS site selection and lease administration tools

What you need

• 3 to 7 years of real estate transaction experience, with meaningful in-house time at a healthcare, wellness or high-growth retail company
• Proven record of leading deals end to end in competitive markets
• Ability to read and test lease terms, rent schedules and deal economics to judge whether a deal works
• Comfortable in a startup setting with fast timelines and limited infrastructure, and able to work without a fully defined playbook
• Strong written and verbal communication, including with institutional landlords
• Must be based in the Central United States; familiarity with GIS tools and lease administration platforms is a plus, and regular use of AI tools such as Claude is expected
