Sales Director - Mobile App Developers

This is a senior sales leadership role at a mobile growth and ad-tech company that works with app developers and advertisers. The position is remote, with a preference for candidates based in Berlin, Amsterdam or London who can meet the wider team in person from time to time. It suits an experienced business development professional who enjoys outbound prospecting, understands programmatic and performance media, and thrives in a fast-paced start-up setting. The role also offers room to contribute ideas across product, marketing and partnerships.

What you'll do

• Win new app developer and advertiser customers through outbound prospecting, aiming for sustainable revenue growth
• Identify and propose new revenue opportunities with customers, partners and wider market participants
• Work with marketing to shape messaging for app developer target customers
• Feed customer insights into product discussions to expand the offering
• Spot sales and marketing bottlenecks and help put improvements in place
• Build pipeline alongside the SDR team and represent the company at industry events

What you need

• At least 4 years of business development experience in ad-tech or mobile app development
• Experience managing complex B2B sales or partnerships
• Knowledge of programmatic and performance media
• At least a basic understanding of CTV; real CTV sales experience is a plus
• Detail-oriented, KPI-driven and comfortable keeping CRM records up to date
• Persuasive, results-focused and comfortable in a fast-paced start-up
