Senior Full-Stack Engineer

A senior engineering role on a small, fast-moving product team at a financial wellness company serving millions of everyday savers and investors. The work centres on growth mechanics such as referrals, sharing, social and engagement features, and real-time interactions. It suits an experienced engineer who enjoys owning features from data model through to production, works across mobile and web, and is comfortable using AI-assisted tools to move quickly. The role is fully remote and works closely with product and design leadership.

What you'll do

• Design and build referral, sharing and engagement features across mobile and web
• Own features end-to-end, from data models and APIs through to shipped client experiences
• Define analytics events and use data to iterate on features quickly
• Set technical direction and architecture for growth-related systems
• Work closely with product and design leads in a small, high-trust team

What you need

• Experience building social, engagement or notification systems at scale
• Track record of owning features across the full stack
• Production experience on more than one client platform (iOS, Android or Web)
• Experience instrumenting growth or engagement features with analytics
• Comfort with modern languages such as Swift, Kotlin, React Native, TypeScript, Dart or Python
• Self-directed and comfortable in a low-process environment
