Senior Product Analyst (CX)

A remote, full-time analytics role within a product team building globally used social discovery products. The team is international and works fully remotely, so the role suits an experienced analyst who enjoys turning data into clear product decisions. You will shape how the team measures success, investigate what moves key numbers, and run rigorous experiments. The organisation values statistical rigour, clear communication and close collaboration with product and functional leads. Candidates with a strong quantitative background and hands-on experience in analysis and experimentation will feel at home.

What you'll do

• Maintain the metrics tree and own a single locked definition for each key metric
• Break down the north-star metric into levels that individual teams can influence
• Investigate metric fluctuations, conversion drop-offs and segment-level patterns
• Design A/B tests, verify randomisation and run sanity checks before reading results
• Report experiment results alongside guardrail metrics and recommend next steps
• Specify data-tracking requirements and flag data-quality issues early

What you need

• Degree in a mathematical or technical field
• Solid grounding in mathematical statistics and probability theory
• Proficiency in SQL, Python and Excel for extraction, analysis and visualisation
• Deep experience running and analysing A/B tests
