Senior Product Designer, Growth/Website (Remote - Europe, UK, Israel, Brazil)

This is a full-time remote role on the website team of a fast-growing global HR and payroll technology company. The team owns the company's main marketing site and every landing page behind it, so the work you ship often becomes a prospect's first impression of the product. You will focus on conversion: finding opportunities, designing and testing pages, and shipping the winners. The role suits a senior designer who enjoys measurable, high-stakes web work.

What you'll do

• Find and own conversion opportunities across the website and landing pages, from first hypothesis to shipped design.
• Write clear problem statements and success metrics, then design, prototype and launch A/B tests quickly.
• Produce polished visual and UI work that stays on-brand and consistent with the design system.
• Work with growth, performance marketing and sales to turn business needs into pages that speak to real customer problems.
• Design landing pages for new product launches and offers, using clear storytelling in words and visuals.
• Partner with growth PMs, engineers, data analysts and lifecycle marketers to plan and ship experiments, and give feedback to other designers.

What you need

• 8+ years of product design experience, with a portfolio showing end-to-end ownership of web design.
• Hands-on experience with CRO, A/B testing and experimentation, including hypothesis design, test design and statistical significance.
• Excellent UI craft and a portfolio of web or landing page work that performs in practice.
• Comfort with analytics and experimentation tools such as Amplitude or Google Analytics.
• Experience taking a web experiment or launch through to design QA, and experience building or maintaining a marketing-site design system.
• Clear communication with both designers and business stakeholders. Must be based in Europe, the UK, Israel or Brazil.
