Senior Product Designer (Remote - Select Countries)

No visa sponsorship. A profitable, remote-first consumer technology company with over 400 team members is hiring a senior product designer to own design projects end to end, from scoping and prototyping through release. The role focuses on improving existing consumer products and helping to shape new privacy-focused features used by millions of people. Base pay for team members in the listed countries outside the US, UK and Canada is $178,500 USD per year, with stock options included.

What you'll do

• Independently lead design projects that scale across millions of users, from vague problem definition to shipped solution
• Propose and test design concepts that improve the overall user experience and appeal to a broader audience
• Produce high-quality mockups, prototypes and rationale to communicate interaction and visual recommendations
• Write creative briefs that set out project goals, reasoning and success metrics for stakeholders
• Use qualitative and quantitative research to guide design decisions
• Mentor other designers and help maintain quality across your design area

What you need

• 6+ years of product design experience, including 2+ years in senior-level design roles at large consumer brands
• Strong project management skills across proposal, execution and release, working openly with cross-functional partners
• Experience across prioritization, strategy and user testing within the product process
• Comfort using AI tools in daily design and project workflows
• Ability to attend video meetings on camera and travel roughly twice a year (about 4-5 days each) for company meetups
• Willingness to work an average of 40 hours per week with flexible hours and no core hours
• Must pass a background check
