Social Media & E-Commerce Growth Manager

A remote role for a creative, results-driven social media specialist supporting a growing everyday wellness and lifestyle brand aimed at customers in the United States. The work centres on building awareness, growing an engaged community, and turning social content into website visits and sales. It suits someone who has grown e-commerce, wellness, beauty or lifestyle brands online, enjoys storytelling and short-form video, and can work independently with a strong eye for deadlines and data.

What you'll do

• Develop and carry out data-driven social media strategies and content calendars
• Manage Reels, feed posts, Stories, captions, scheduling and community engagement
• Create engaging graphics, short-form content and Reel covers
• Repurpose existing content and generate fresh ideas that drive discovery and purchases
• Coordinate UGC creators and influencer partnerships aimed at U.S. audiences
• Track analytics, report weekly and keep improving performance

What you need

• Proven experience growing e-commerce, wellness, beauty or lifestyle brands
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and audience growth
• Excellent storytelling, copywriting, video editing and design skills
• Experience with Metricool, Canva and social media analytics
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and take ownership
• Portfolio showing measurable results and successful campaigns
