What you'll do

• Develop social media strategies across major platforms for a portfolio of agency clients
• Plan monthly content calendars and campaigns, and brief short-form video and static content
• Monitor trends and emerging formats to keep brands relevant
• Work with copywriters, designers, videographers and performance marketers
• Oversee community management and audience engagement
• Track performance, run A/B tests and deliver monthly reports with recommendations

What you need

• At least 3 years of professional social media management experience; agency experience preferred
• Strong understanding of platforms, algorithms, trends and content formats
• Excellent copywriting, storytelling and visual content judgement
• Experience with analytics and social listening tools
• Strong client management, organisation and multitasking skills
• Experience in the creative industry; paid social campaign experience and basic editing skills are an advantage
