Social Media Content Manager

This remote role supports a digital marketing agency that helps brands connect authentically with LGBTQ communities. The agency works with businesses built for and by the community, creating thoughtful, culturally aware social media and written content. The role suits a creative, organised copywriter and social media professional who enjoys storytelling, managing several brand accounts at once, and working to US business hours. What you'll do

• Plan and maintain social media content calendars across multiple client brands
• Write captions, website copy, blog articles and newsletters tailored to different audiences
• Schedule and publish content across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and other platforms
• Track post and campaign performance and suggest improvements
• Collaborate with designers, content creators and internal marketing teams
• Ensure content on sensitive topics is respectful and culturally aligned

What you need

• 2–4 years managing social media accounts for brands or agencies
• Experience managing content across multiple brands or client accounts
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills for short- and long-form content
• Familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok
• Experience with social media scheduling and management tools
• Ability to work US Eastern business hours, 30 hours per week
