Social Media Manager

A full-time onsite role in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos, for a creative professional who will grow a footwear brand's online presence. The business is a retail and lifestyle company selling shoes through its digital channels as well as in person. The role suits someone who enjoys making short-form video, planning content, and turning social media engagement into real sales. Candidates should be organised, trend-aware, and comfortable working across several platforms at once.

What you'll do

• Manage the brand's Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other social media platforms
• Plan and deliver a monthly content calendar
• Create, film and edit Reels, TikToks, Stories and promotional content
• Showcase new arrivals, product features, styling ideas and promotions
• Monitor trends and develop campaigns for the target audience
• Coordinate influencer collaborations and promotional campaigns

What you need

• Strong content creation, video editing and copywriting skills
• Proficiency in Canva, CapCut and social media analytics tools
• Creative, organised, proactive and commercially minded
• Portfolio of previous work
