Marketing & E-commerce Specialist (Remote - Philippines and South Africa)

A remote marketing role supporting a premium consumer brand that sells high-end products online. The position covers creative design, social media, email and digital advertising, and day-to-day management of the brand's Shopify e-commerce store. The hiring company is working through a recruitment partner, and the role suits someone who can move between creative and technical work with minimal supervision.

What you'll do

• Manage and maintain the brand's Shopify store, including product presentation and e-commerce best practices
• Plan and create social media content and manage the brand's social channels
• Design marketing visuals using tools such as Canva and Photoshop that match a luxury brand standard
• Run email marketing campaigns and digital advertising, and track results
• Apply SEO practices to product and website content to support growth in sales
• Proactively suggest and implement improvements to marketing and online sales

What you need

• Proven experience in digital marketing, social media, e-commerce, or a similar role
• Strong hands-on experience with Shopify
• Solid understanding of social media management, content creation, SEO and e-commerce best practices
• Strong graphic design skills in Canva and/or Photoshop, with a keen eye for detail
• Experience with email marketing and digital advertising
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and good organizational skills
• Must be based in the Philippines or South Africa
• Experience in luxury, jewelry, fashion, beauty or another premium consumer brand is a strong plus
