Social Media Manager

This is a remote, part-time role managing social media for a growing business with a US-based team. The work covers planning brand-aligned strategies, creating and scheduling content across several platforms, and building an engaged online community. Hours run on Eastern Standard Time, with occasional weekend engagement when activity arises. It suits a confident English writer with some social media experience who enjoys trends, branding and working independently to deadlines.

What you'll do

• Develop and carry out social media strategies that match the brand
• Create, schedule and manage content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok and other platforms
• Track and analyse social media performance
• Research industry trends and suggest fresh content ideas
• Respond to messages and comments to build community engagement
• Work with the team to keep a consistent brand voice and visual identity

What you need

• 1 to 3 years of social media management experience
• Fluent English with strong written and spoken grammar
• Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok
• Ability to read data and adjust strategies
• Strong writing skills for captions and ad copy
• Availability on Eastern Standard Time hours, with a reliable computer, internet connection and webcam
