Social Media Motion Graphic Designer (Remote - LATAM only)

Candidates outside LATAM will not be considered. A recruitment partner is placing a senior designer for a U.S.-based B2B social media agency that works with technology, SaaS and cybersecurity brands. The agency runs a small, collaborative team and emphasizes craft and teamwork. The posting lists a starting salary of $2,500, negotiable with experience; the range above is our estimate and assumes monthly pay, so confirm the exact figure during the process.

What you'll do

• Produce scroll-stopping static and animated social assets for paid and organic campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta and newer channels.
• Build multi-slide carousels, infographics, short animated clips and video edits from briefs and mood boards through to final files.
• Work within existing brand guidelines across several client accounts at once, and help create templates and style guides.
• Join creative brainstorms with copywriters and strategists to contribute visual concepts.
• Review your own files for detail and brand accuracy, then apply feedback from the creative lead and account managers.
• Adapt and remix assets using in-market performance data.

What you need

• 3 to 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally at a digital or advertising agency or an in-house creative team.
• A portfolio with B2B, tech or corporate social media work, including carousels, typography, motion and short-form video. A portfolio link is required; applications without one are disqualified.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and/or Premiere Pro, plus Figma.
• Works independently, checks their own errors and follows brand rules without close supervision.
• Accepts creative feedback well and works comfortably in fast-paced agency workflows.
• Fluent written and spoken English, and resumes and portfolios must be submitted in English.
