What you'll do

• Build and ship full-stack features across fulfillment and post-purchase servicing, including refunds, replacements and reverse logistics.
• Own features from design through build, deployment, release and production monitoring.
• Develop event-driven, AI-enabled applications and single-page front ends, working with designers on the user experience.
• Build, test and monitor AI and agentic features in production with attention to quality and safety.
• Propose and deliver proactive improvements such as refactors, observability work and upgrades in your areas.

What you need

• At least 4 years of full-stack engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience running production systems on AWS, including serverless architecture.
• Experience shipping AI or LLM features to production.
• Solid understanding of API design, versioning, idempotency and backward compatibility, especially where events affect money movement or fulfillment.
• Experience building production single-page applications with modern state management.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to raise risks early and back opinions with data.
