A full-cycle recruiting role for someone who enjoys working across many kinds of teams and talent markets. The organisation is a software company building a web development platform, now hiring for its next stage of growth. This suits an experienced recruiter who is comfortable running searches independently, advising hiring managers, sourcing passive talent, and improving workflows with AI-assisted tools. The role is fully remote, working across distributed teams, and suits someone who values a thoughtful, human candidate experience at every stage.

What you'll do

• Own full-cycle recruiting across go-to-market, operations and product engineering roles, from intake through accepted offer
• Run search kickoffs and define candidate profiles with hiring managers, building your own search strategy
• Source passive talent proactively and build pipelines for hard-to-fill and future roles
• Conduct recruiter screens and give hiring managers well-evidenced candidate recommendations
• Lead weekly search meetings using funnel data and market feedback to diagnose and improve hiring
• Design and build AI-assisted recruiting workflows and improve processes without waiting to be asked

What you need

• Several years of full-cycle recruiting experience, running searches independently
• Track record of recruiting unfamiliar functions and roles effectively
• Experience sourcing and engaging passive candidates
• Ability to partner with hiring managers, push back constructively and use funnel data to change approach
• Strong organisation and communication skills in a distributed environment
• Proficiency with an applicant tracking system (Greenhouse preferred) and willingness to experiment with AI tools
