Senior Business Recruiter (Contract - Remote, US only)

Pay: $60/hr - $75/hr (hourly rate). A large virtual healthcare company is hiring a contract senior recruiter for a six-month engagement. The role covers full-cycle recruiting for non-technical business functions with a focus on high-volume, fast-moving hiring. You will also take on harder-to-fill searches that call for creative, hands-on sourcing. The company is known for its workplace awards and strong focus on candidate experience.

What you'll do

• Run full-cycle recruiting for functions such as Finance, Growth, Sales and G&A, handling several searches at once.
• Work with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and plan an effective recruiting approach.
• Build sourcing strategies and pipelines, including targeted sourcing for specialized or hard-to-fill roles.
• Manage screening, interview scheduling, feedback and offer processes to keep searches on track.
• Keep candidates informed and deliver a clear, transparent hiring experience.
• Advise hiring managers on talent availability and market trends, and keep accurate data in the ATS.

What you need

• At least 6 years of in-house, full-cycle recruiting experience in non-technical functions.
• A track record of managing a high number of requisitions without lowering candidate quality.
• Strong hands-on sourcing skills using a range of tools and channels.
• Experience with both high-velocity hiring and complex, hard-to-fill searches.
• Knowledge of structured interviewing, competency-based hiring and inclusive recruiting practices.
• Active work authorization in the United States is required.
