Recruiter (Remote - US only)

A healthcare company that sends mobile phlebotomists and medical assistants to patients' homes to collect lab samples, vitals and advanced diagnostics is hiring a full-cycle Recruiter. You will help staff a nationwide network of clinical and operational roles in a fast-paced, high-growth startup. The role works closely with the Director of Talent and sits alongside clinical operations, Quality and HR.

What you'll do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for clinical and operational positions, including full-time, part-time and PRN roles across the US
• Source, engage and evaluate phlebotomists and medical assistants for clinical skill and patient-centered care
• Manage candidate communication and keep the candidate experience positive from first contact to start date
• Verify that candidates meet background check and credentialing requirements
• Run weekly virtual new hire orientation classes on a rotating schedule with HR, and support new hires through paperwork and their first weeks
• Assist with background checks and I-9 verification, and review attrition data to recommend retention improvements

What you need

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience onboarding new hires
• Strong track record of being solution-oriented and self-directed
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex issues to technical and non-technical audiences
• Comfortable managing competing priorities in an ambiguous, fast-changing environment
• Preferred: Lever ATS experience, startup or high-growth background, experience recruiting clinical or medical professionals, and familiarity with Paylocity, Checkr, DocuSign, Slack and Indeed
