Talent Acquisition Specialist

A remote, worldwide role for a recruiter who enjoys the hunt for talent. The organisation is a growing technology business with a mission-led focus, and the role sits within its People team, working closely with the Director of People. It suits an organised, persistent sourcer who enjoys building pipelines, engaging candidates who aren't actively looking, and running searches end to end. The position also offers room to contribute to wider HR projects as the company scales.

What you'll do

• Source and engage passive and active candidates for technical and non-technical roles across multiple channels
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and upcoming openings
• Run approved requisitions from intake through to offer, including phone screens and written candidate summaries
• Coordinate interviews and keep candidates and interviewers informed
• Extend offers and manage negotiation within the approved compensation range
• Keep the applicant tracking system, pipeline reports and recruiting templates accurate and up to date

What you need

• 3-5 years of recruiting experience
• Experience in energy, SaaS, or both is preferred
• Proven experience recruiting technical talent
• Strong organisational skills and follow-through
• Clear, candid communication and a sense of urgency
• Comfort in a fast-moving, evolving environment
