Senior Technical Talent Acquisition Partner (Remote - Worldwide)

A technology-focused talent and outsourcing company is hiring a senior recruiter to lead end-to-end hiring for technical roles across a broad portfolio of global clients. The position suits a strategist who can advise hiring managers, source hard-to-find specialists, and bring modern AI and automation tools into everyday recruiting work. You will own complex requirements from intake through to placement and offer negotiation.

What you'll do

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for technical positions, from role intake and sourcing to assessment, offer discussions and placement.
• Design creative sourcing approaches to reach passive candidates and scarce technical skills in multiple markets.
• Use AI tools, automation and other emerging technology to widen talent discovery and speed up hiring workflows.
• Advise clients and hiring managers on talent availability, market trends and salary benchmarks.
• Keep a working knowledge of software engineering, data, cloud, DevOps, cybersecurity and IT infrastructure roles.
• Track recruitment KPIs, analyse sourcing results and refine processes based on the data.

What you need

• 7 to 10 years of experience in technical recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within a technology company, recruitment agency, outsourcing provider or RPO.
• A record of filling complex technical positions in competitive talent markets.
• Strong skills in Boolean search, talent mapping and passive candidate engagement.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered recruiting tools and sourcing automation.
• Working proficiency with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Excellent written and spoken English, plus strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
