What you'll do

• Own the full recruitment cycle for technical positions, from sourcing and screening through interviews, offer negotiation and placement.
• Source candidates using traditional and newer methods, including reaching out to passive talent.
• Use AI tools and automation for candidate sourcing, talent research, profile analysis and workflow improvements.
• Partner with hiring managers and clients to clarify role requirements, share progress updates and keep hiring on track.
• Build and maintain working knowledge of technical areas such as software development, data, cloud, DevOps and cybersecurity.
• Track KPIs, keep accurate records in the applicant tracking system, and suggest ways to improve sourcing and hiring speed.

What you need

• 2 to 5 years of technical recruitment or talent acquisition experience, ideally in a tech company, recruitment agency, outsourcing or RPO setting.
• Proven record of managing end-to-end hiring for technical roles.
• Hands-on experience with sourcing, Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter and candidate engagement.
• Experience using AI-powered recruiting tools or automation, and applicant tracking systems.
• Strong written and spoken communication, organisation and relationship-building skills.
