Technical Recruiter (Remote - EMEA)

A fast-growing US-based software company that provides AI-driven search and product discovery for large ecommerce brands is hiring a Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle hiring for engineering and product roles. You will work directly with hiring managers across North America, EMEA, LATAM and APAC, building pipelines for current and future needs. The team is fully remote and values ownership, clear communication and data-driven improvement.

What you'll do

• Run full-cycle recruiting for technical engineering and product roles, from sourcing through offer and close
• Source and engage strong engineering and product candidates across several regions
• Define role criteria and success profiles with hiring managers
• Share weekly updates on pipeline progress, risks and key hiring metrics
• Coordinate interviews and debriefs across multiple time zones
• Improve recruiting processes, tools and reporting over time

What you need

• Proven record of hiring technical roles such as backend, frontend, data/ML, product management and product design
• Prior experience recruiting for technical roles is essential
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and an applicant tracking system
• Strong organization, written and verbal English, and the ability to work across US and EMEA time zones
• Experience at fast-paced or growth-stage companies is preferred; familiarity with AI tools for sourcing is a plus
