Experienced Recruitment Officer

An on-site role in Lagos for an experienced recruitment professional who enjoys helping people make informed education choices. The position sits within an educational consultancy that connects students with partner institutions, supporting applicants from first enquiry through to course placement. It suits someone with two to five years of customer-facing or administrative experience, strong communication skills, and an interest in international education and marketing. Confidence with planning, record-keeping and working alongside branch and telesales colleagues will help you thrive.

What you'll do

• Counsel applicants on suitable courses and study options
• Support applicants through the application and placement process
• Develop monthly marketing plans and recruitment strategies
• Follow up on enquiries and convert prospects into registrations
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide activity updates
• Liaise with branches, university representatives and the telesales team

What you need

• Undergraduate degree (BA, BSc or HND) or equivalent skills
• 2–5 years' experience in customer-facing and administrative roles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Professional appearance, strong interpersonal and organisational skills
• Experience in international education or marketing is an advantage
