Appointment Setter

This remote role suits a confident, persistent sales professional who enjoys starting conversations with prospects and decision-makers. It sits within a recruitment services business that works with e-commerce and digital brands. You will combine inbound lead handling with outbound prospecting, qualifying opportunities and booking meetings for the sales team. The role is well suited to someone who is organised, results-driven and comfortable working with a large lead database and clear targets.

What you'll do

• Manage and qualify inbound leads
• Carry out consistent outbound prospecting and cold calls
• Work through and activate an existing database of over 2,000 leads
• Research Shopify, Shopify Plus and DTC brands and identify decision-makers
• Prospect by phone, LinkedIn and email, personalising outreach and following up consistently
• Qualify opportunities, book meetings for the sales team and track outreach and results

What you need

• 2+ years in appointment setting, SDR/BDR, sales, lead generation or business development
• Strong English communication skills
• Proven cold-calling and outbound sales experience
• Experience with CRM, LinkedIn, email outreach and lead-generation tools
• Strong research, organisation and follow-up skills
• Comfortable working towards targets and KPIs
