Recruiting Specialist (Contract)

A remote contract role supporting the day-to-day work of a recruiting team at a financial services company focused on home equity and making homeownership more accessible. The position suits someone with some coordination or sourcing experience who is organised, accurate, and enjoys candidate-facing work. It offers room to grow a career in recruiting, with exposure to interview scheduling, sourcing, applicant tracking systems, and onboarding. The role follows full-time hours on US Eastern time, with a Boston-based presence alongside a remote-first team.

What you'll do

• Schedule interviews and recruiting meetings using an AI-assisted scheduling system
• Source candidates and build talent pipelines for open and evergreen roles
• Maintain the applicant tracking system, run reports and keep data clean
• Keep candidates informed and support a consistent candidate experience
• Complete reference checks at the offer stage
• Support new hires through onboarding and coordinate their tech setup

What you need

• 2-4 years of experience in recruiting coordination and/or sourcing
• Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or HRIS platforms
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and data entry
