Recruitment Partner (Remote - Worldwide)

Working hours around CET (plus or minus a few hours) work well for the team. This is a remote recruiting role at a specialist agency that places senior product and design talent with technology companies. The team works with a network of experienced practitioners who run the interviews themselves, so the recruiter acts as a true partner to clients, candidates and interviewers. The company emphasizes quality over volume and expects a strong focus on relationships and data-informed hiring.

What you'll do

• Run each search end to end, from the initial client brief through to offer, managing timelines, candidate quality and communication.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, candidates and expert interviewers, building long-term relationships with candidates.
• Write clear, original job descriptions, briefs and outreach messages.
• Source candidates through an internal network and targeted external search using AI-supported tools.
• Track pipeline progress and feedback with data, and share structure that improves hiring quality across the team.
• Help shape internal AI tools used by the recruiting team.

What you need

• At least 3 years of recruiting experience, ideally in fast-paced technology environments.
• Regular, practical use of AI tools in daily recruiting workflows.
• Comfort with applicant tracking systems, outreach platforms and other HR technology, and curiosity about new tools.
• A proactive, solution-focused approach and the ability to keep searches moving.
• Empathy and strong interpersonal skills for supporting candidates without losing pace.
• Experience hiring designers or hands-on design background is a strong plus, but not required.
