Technical Recruiter

A remote technical recruiting role with a recruitment and staffing organisation that places consultants and software developers with clients. It suits an experienced recruiter who enjoys sourcing engineers through technical communities, managing candidate pipelines end to end, and helping a team run its people operations in a consistent, professional way. Candidates should be comfortable working across time zones and with both contract and remote hiring.

What you'll do

• Lead recruitment for consultants, software developers and other roles based on business needs
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through sourcing, screening and interviews
• Coordinate selection, offers, onboarding and recruitment follow-up
• Support day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, attendance and documentation
• Create clear HR processes, performance expectations and reporting routines
• Help teams operate consistently through accountability practices

What you need

• At least 2 years of technical recruiting experience
• Experience with Nigerian contract staffing or international remote hiring
• Previous placements of senior, lead or staff-level engineers
• Strong spoken and written English
• Experience handling compensation, notice periods, counteroffers and contractor availability
• Experience sourcing through LinkedIn, GitHub, Kaggle and specialist technical communities
