UGC Video Editor

A remote role creating short-form video and UGC-style advertising for social platforms, working with a marketing and creative team that supports U.S.-based clients. The work blends visual storytelling with performance marketing, aiming to drive engagement and sales. It suits an experienced video editor who enjoys social media trends, fast-paced production, and measurable creative results, and who has an interest in beauty, fashion, or consumer brands. Candidates should be available during U.S. Eastern business hours.

What you'll do

• Edit short-form videos for social media and paid advertising, including hooks, pacing, captions and transitions
• Create UGC-style advertisements designed to generate engagement and conversions
• Produce multiple creative variations for testing and optimisation
• Adapt video content for different platforms, placements and formats
• Research trends and high-performing content on TikTok, Instagram and other short-form platforms
• Create simple graphic assets and visual elements to support video creative

What you need

• At least 3 years of professional video editing experience, focused on short-form content
• Experience creating social media content and/or paid advertising creative
• Experience producing UGC-style advertisements
• Proficiency with professional video editing software
• Graphic design skills are strongly preferred
• Available to work U.S. Eastern business hours (9:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST)
