UI/UX Designer

This is a full-time, fully remote role for an experienced UI/UX designer at a technology company that builds a software risk-management product. The team works in a fast-moving, startup-style environment and values open communication and direct feedback. You will turn customer needs into clear user journeys and polished, intuitive interfaces, working closely with product and creative leads. The role suits a designer who enjoys shaping ideas into real products, presenting work with confidence, and keeping a sense of humour through busy deadlines.

What you'll do

• Turn customer needs into user journeys and intuitive, visually appealing interfaces
• Research, design and prototype new user experiences with the product and creative leads
• Develop user cases, scenarios, wireframes, prototypes and mockups for screens and flows
• Create visual assets and document design guidelines for the development team
• Present designs and deliverables to peers and senior leaders
