Warehouse Operations Manager

A full-time, onsite leadership role running day-to-day warehouse activity in the Baruwa, Ayobo and Ipaja area of Lagos. The post suits an experienced operations professional who is comfortable leading a team, keeping accurate stock records and keeping orders moving on time. It is a good fit for someone with a background in warehousing, logistics or inventory who enjoys improving how a site runs and working closely with transport and delivery partners.

What you'll do

• Oversee warehouse operations and dispatch
• Manage inventory, stock counts and reconciliation
• Supervise staff performance and productivity
• Coordinate orders and logistics partners
• Maintain records and improve operational efficiency

What you need

• Minimum 3 years' experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory or operations management
• Experience supervising warehouse staff
• Knowledge of inventory management and order fulfilment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Strong organisation, communication and problem-solving skills
