Wellness Creative Designer

A remote, execution-focused creative role supporting a growing consumer brand in the food and wellness space. The team places a strong emphasis on digital content, social media and e-commerce, and this position suits a hands-on designer who enjoys turning existing concepts and raw footage into polished assets. Work spans static design, short-form video, email and web creative, all within established brand guidelines. The role supports U.S.-based clients, so it suits candidates comfortable working during U.S. business hours. Ideal for someone who responds well to feedback and enjoys producing multiple iterations with consistent quality.

What you'll do

• Create and adapt digital and social media graphics, carousels and other visual assets in Figma
• Edit raw footage, UGC and influencer content into short-form videos for Reels, TikTok and similar platforms
• Design email newsletters and promotional creative that match established brand direction
• Produce web and digital graphics and resize assets across formats and placements
• Turn creative briefs and concepts into production-ready deliverables and iterate quickly on feedback
• Keep organised across multiple creative requests, revisions and deadlines

What you need

• 3–4 years of professional experience in graphic, digital or content design or a related creative role
• Experience in the wellness and/or food industry
• Strong proficiency in Figma
• Strong hands-on video editing skills for short-form content
• Experience designing email, social and web creative
• Strong portfolio showing digital, social, design and video work
