Activation and Production Testing Specialist (Remote - Worldwide)

Pay: n/a. Working fluently in Korean and English is required, as the role involves local teammates and international customers, testers and providers. A fast-growing digital identity company that lets businesses verify people across borders through a single API. The team sits between signed contracts and live operation, helping customers finish onboarding with identity providers and validating their integrations with real production testers. This is a junior, hands-on role with established playbooks, and the company offers a remote-friendly model with a multi-hub team.

What you'll do

• Run provider onboarding workflows by following provider-specific manuals, submitting requests and coordinating registrations, approvals and contracting steps.
• Handle credentials and configuration entries accurately in internal consoles, following security procedures.
• Recruit, vet and schedule production testers across the countries and identity providers involved, and explain what they need to do.
• Organize real-world test runs after customer integration, prepare scenarios and reports showing what passed, failed and needs attention.
• Turn test findings into clear issues with reproduction steps and evidence, and follow up with engineering and product until retesting is done.
• Keep activation status, test coverage and schedule records current, and flag blockers early.

What you need

• Fluent in Korean and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to follow defined processes consistently.
• Clear written and verbal communication with customers, testers and external providers.
• Comfortable reading technical documentation, working with APIs or configuration settings, and distinguishing test from production environments.
• Experience in customer onboarding, operations, testing coordination, technical support or customer success is a plus, as is familiarity with B2B SaaS or digital identity.
