Lead, Compliance Quality Assurance

This is a remote leadership role in compliance quality assurance for a Nigerian financial services business. The post-holder runs the day-to-day work of a team of QA assessors and acts as the final check on the accuracy of compliance work across customer due diligence, anti-money laundering, law enforcement requests, transaction monitoring and fraud. The role suits an experienced compliance professional who enjoys coaching a team, spotting patterns in errors and turning findings into practical improvements. Strong analytical skills and a clear grasp of Nigerian AML/CFT rules are central to the work.
