AI Creative Technologist (Remote - EMEA)

A fast-growing creative services company that delivers design and content work for business customers is looking for a hands-on builder who sits between creative craft and automation. The role works directly with customers on live projects, turning repeated requests into automations and AI agents that customers can run themselves. The position works closely with the product team and the studio team to share reusable building blocks across customers.

What you'll do

• Scope and build custom automations and AI agents with customers, either inside their own tools or on the company platform.
• Adapt the company's standard automations to each customer's brand, tools and workflows.
• Convert recurring customer requests into systems that run without manual production each time.
• Maintain the automation roadmap for your studio, deciding which repeat requests become automated work and avoiding duplicate builds.
• Set quality criteria for each automation, including the human review step.
• Pass customer needs and reusable components back to product, and bring platform features into customer work.

What you need

• At least 5 years of professional experience in agencies or in-house creative teams; background in design systems or creative technology is a plus.
• Strong creative judgment and the ability to define what good output looks like.
• Hands-on experience building with AI tools and agents in real work, including workflows, prompts and integrations, with examples of shipped work.
• Generalist range across briefing, making, building and launching creative output.
• Habit of documenting work and sharing it so others can reuse it.
• Self-directed, able to take work from idea to finished output without handoffs; collaborative with product and studio teams.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication.
