Analyst Relations Manager, Voice & Chat AI Agents

A senior analyst relations role for a fast-growing AI company that builds enterprise-grade voice and chat AI agents, alongside creative audio and video tools and developer APIs. The position is remote within the United States and suits an experienced analyst relations professional who enjoys shaping how a market understands a product. You will build the North American analyst program for the agents platform from the ground up, working closely with executives, technical leads and product teams. The role suits someone comfortable with enterprise software, AI or contact centre technology, and who can work across Pacific or Eastern Time hours.

What you'll do

• Build the North American analyst relations programme, including briefings, check-ins and a clear analyst agenda
• Lead analyst submissions for Gartner Magic Quadrant and grow coverage with Forrester and IDC
• Develop a category narrative linking the agents platform to the wider product line
• Prepare executives and technical leads for analyst inquiries and briefings
• Keep analysts engaged between formal touchpoints through newsletters, updates and events
• Work with growth, research and field deployment engineering teams to turn product progress into analyst-ready material

What you need

• Experience building or running an analyst relations function, ideally in enterprise software, AI or contact centre/CX technology
• Hands-on experience with a Gartner Magic Quadrant or Forrester Wave submission
• Ability to shape a market narrative across multiple product lines
• Confidence preparing senior executives and technical staff for analyst interactions
• Based in North America and able to work in Pacific or Eastern Time hours
• Bonus: experience covering agentic AI, voice AI or conversational AI categories
