Business Development Operations Manager

A full-time, on-site role in Lagos for an experienced operations-minded professional who enjoys combining commercial thinking with hands-on coordination. The post sits within the telecommunications sector, where the work spans business development, operational delivery and client-facing commercial discussions. It suits candidates with several years of experience in business development, operations or project coordination, ideally in telecoms, engineering or technical services, who are comfortable managing logistics, records and contract paperwork alongside client conversations.

What you'll do

• Support business development activities within the telecommunications sector
• Coordinate operations and project delivery alongside client-side counterparts
• Manage logistics coordination and operational records
• Handle contract and purchase order administration
• Discuss scope, pricing and contract terms with clients

What you need

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management or a related field
• About 4 to 6 years' experience in business development, operations or project coordination
• Experience in telecommunications, engineering or technical services is an advantage
• Experience working with or alongside an OEM, vendor or telecom operator is a strong advantage
• Demonstrated experience with logistics coordination, records management or contract/PO administration
• Strong commercial acumen
