What you'll do

• Resolve customer and seller enquiries promptly across chat, email and telephone
• Manage platform issues, complaints and escalations with empathy and clarity
• Onboard and guide users and merchants so their experience on the platform runs smoothly
• Gather customer feedback and work with internal teams to improve service workflows

What you need

• Experience in customer support, ticketing or chat resolution
• Experience in client relations and conflict management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working across chat, email and telephone channels
