Content & Social Media Manager

A full-time, on-site role in Lagos for a creative professional who will shape a brand's online presence and grow its audience across major social platforms. The organisation values hands-on people who can write, plan and adapt content for different channels. It suits someone with several years of content or social media experience who enjoys storytelling, short-form video and working closely with design, video and business colleagues. Familiarity with AI tools and analytics will help the successful candidate work efficiently.

What you'll do

• Plan and manage weekly and monthly content calendars across LinkedIn, Instagram, X and TikTok
• Write and produce posts, captions, newsletters, short-form video scripts and blog articles
• Tailor content to each platform and keep the brand voice and visual identity consistent
• Schedule and publish content and engage with the online community
• Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports
• Work with designers, videographers, product and business teams

What you need

• 3–5 years of experience in content creation, social media management or digital marketing
• Excellent writing, storytelling and editing skills
• Proven experience managing LinkedIn, Instagram, X and TikTok
• Experience with social media analytics and content scheduling tools
• Able to work independently, juggle priorities and meet deadlines
• Based in Lagos and available to work on-site
