What you'll do

• Own and manage a portfolio of roughly 4-6 client SEO accounts, including strategy, roadmaps and delivery.
• Serve as the primary SEO contact for assigned clients, leading recurring status and reporting calls in plain, jargon-free language.
• Build content systems such as topic clusters, pillar pages, internal linking and schema, and write content briefs for production teams.
• Analyze performance data in tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console and SEO platforms, then tie results to measurable business outcomes.
• Test and document optimization approaches for generative AI and LLM search experiences, and bring new practices into client work.
• Support the sales team with SEO proposals and audits, and collaborate with measurement, paid media and creative colleagues.

What you need

• At least 5 years of relevant marketing or SEO experience, including at least 3 years at a performance marketing or digital agency.
• Demonstrated, hands-on experience optimizing for AI search, with real tests rather than theory.
• Strong proficiency with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs and Screaming Frog.
• Comfort building rapport with clients and acting as a trusted advisor, including handling complex situations.
• Ability to turn SEO work into clear business impact and to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
