What you'll do
- Turn strategy, research and rough creative briefs into visual concepts, storyboards and finished static and video ads for paid social.
- Design and edit short-form motion content, keeping hooks, pacing, hierarchy and calls to action strong.
- Work from brand guidelines of varying depth and apply them consistently across high volumes of ad variations and platform formats.
- Select, crop and edit raw photo and video footage into finished assets without on-set direction.
- Produce creative that anticipates compliance and legal review in regulated industries, aiming for few revision rounds.
- Own production timelines and deliver polished work quickly, while keeping creative fresh and on-brand.
What you need
- 5+ years in a hands-on creative production role such as Art Director, Senior Designer or Creative Producer, with paid social or performance advertising experience.
- Portfolio showing range across static design and video/motion editing, ideally for paid social.
- Expert proficiency in Figma (or similar) and strong proficiency in After Effects (or similar); working knowledge of Photoshop, Premiere and Illustrator.
- Knowledge of platform specs and best practices across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and other paid social channels.
- Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare, finance, insurance or legal is a strong plus.
- Comfortable working in matrixed teams with multiple stakeholders and layered approval processes.
