Control Room / IT Officer

A full-time control room and IT role based in Lagos, suited to a organised, practical technical professional who enjoys keeping operations running smoothly. The post combines client-facing support, device and tracking-platform work, record keeping and first response to urgent incidents. It is a good fit for someone with a science, accounting or IT background, a few years of relevant experience and comfort with computers and map-based tools. Applicants are expected to live near the Anthony, Maryland, Ilupeju, Ojota or Bariga areas of Lagos.

What you'll do

• Handle client enquiries and provide support
• Set up GPS trackers and update tracking platforms
• Maintain and update the company's database
• Liaise with business partners
• Respond to emergency cases
• Provide general IT and computer support

What you need

• HND or BSc in Science, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field
• 2–4 years of relevant experience
• Good computer and IT skills
• Ability to read and interpret Google Maps
• Excellent communication skills
• Living near Anthony, Maryland, Ilupeju, Ojota or Bariga, Lagos
