IT Support Engineer Virtual Assistant

This is a remote, part-time IT support role with a virtual assistant services provider that supports clients with their technology. The role suits an experienced IT support professional who enjoys hands-on troubleshooting and wants flexible work they can fit alongside another job. The post is open to candidates worldwide, including Nigeria. Experience with remote monitoring and management tools, Microsoft 365 administration and, ideally, networks and firewalls would give a strong fit. The role is best suited to self-directed people who are comfortable working independently across different systems and problems.

What you need

• Previous hands-on IT technical support experience
• Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting experience
• Experience using RMM (remote monitoring and management) software is strongly preferred
• Network and firewall administration experience is strongly preferred
