IT Helpdesk Engineer (Remote - EU Member States)

A large European software and IT services company that delivers systems to EU institutions, international organizations and national government administrations is hiring a helpdesk IT engineer for its expanding development teams. The role combines first-line ticket handling with operational support for cloud applications. It is a fully remote position with on-call duty outside normal hours.

What you'll do

• Respond promptly to helpdesk tickets raised by users and internal teams
• Provide operational support for issues affecting applications hosted on Azure cloud
• Handle daily ad hoc requests and other tasks assigned by your supervisor
• Support DevOps-related tasks alongside the development teams
• Participate in an on-call rota covering night and weekend shifts, where you are contacted only when a ticket is raised

What you need

• Ability to work remotely from an EU Member State
• Availability for night and weekend on-call shifts
• Basic understanding of cloud technologies
• Good written and spoken English, since CVs and all communication are in English
• Interest in DevOps and IT operations
