Copywriter

A creative role for a writer who can turn customer insight and product detail into clear, engaging copy across many channels. What you'll do

• Write clear, human-centred copy for apps, websites, CRM, social media and performance marketing
• Develop creative concepts and copy for campaigns across digital, social, TV, radio and other channels
• Work with product, growth, design, marketing and social teams on campaign execution
• Turn complex financial products and features into simple, relatable messaging
• Maintain a consistent brand tone of voice across touchpoints
• Support product launches, seasonal campaigns and customer education initiatives

What you need

• At least 3 years of professional copywriting experience, ideally in an agency, brand, fintech, technology, media or consumer setting
• A strong portfolio showing writing and creative thinking across channels
• Experience writing campaign, CRM, social and performance marketing copy
• Experience writing scripts for motion graphics and animated videos
• Experience writing performance marketing copy for Google, Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn
• Familiarity with content best practices is an advantage
