CRM & Payment Gateway Operations Analyst

A remote operations role supporting marketing campaigns at an advertising-focused organisation, based in Lagos. The position centres on keeping payment systems and CRM billing running smoothly, watching transaction health, and turning daily activity into clear reports. It suits a detail-oriented analyst who enjoys working with data and payment flows, can work independently across several tasks, and is comfortable working to US Eastern Time hours. Marketing experience is welcome but not essential.

What you'll do

• Monitor payment gateways and analyse daily transaction performance
• Track campaign performance, sales, recurring payments and payment failures
• Set up CRM billing processes, pricing and payment flows for campaigns
• Monitor refunds, chargebacks and payment settlements
• Work with developers, marketing and other teams to keep campaigns running smoothly
• Prepare daily performance reports in Excel

What you need

• Experience with payment gateways and CRM systems
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills; SQL is an advantage
• Understanding of recurring payments, refunds and chargebacks
• Marketing or campaign operations experience is an advantage
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
• Able to work in the EST time zone
