Customer Experience Representative

This remote role centres on being a brand ambassador for a consumer products company. Beyond solving issues, the representative creates memorable customer experiences and builds lasting loyalty. It suits people who genuinely enjoy helping others, listen well, and take pride in going beyond what customers expect. The position is hourly and non-exempt, with set weekday hours after an initial training period and some flexibility needed around the holiday season.

What you'll do

• Engage with customers across all channels while managing a designated ticket volume
• Meet or exceed team goals for customer satisfaction, response times and efficiency
• Build expert knowledge of the full product range and guide customers to the right fit
• Analyse customer feedback trends and suggest improvements to the leadership team
• Learn company policies and workflows and make customer-focused decisions in line with company values
