Customer Service Representative

This is a full-time customer-facing role based onsite in Ikeja, Lagos. It suits a patient, friendly person who enjoys helping people and solving problems. The role sits within an engineering, construction and infrastructure business that places quality and client satisfaction at the centre of its work. What you'll do

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries
• Communicate with customers through various channels
• Handle and resolve customer complaints
• Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers
• Build good knowledge of the company's products and services to assist customers effectively

What you need

• Previous customer support experience
• Good computer skills
• Ability to remain calm when handling difficult or upset customers
• Must reside in Lagos Mainland
