Customer Support Associate

What you'll do

• Act as the main point of contact for learners, answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Manage learner communications throughout their training journey
• Support learner onboarding activities
• Maintain accurate learner records in the CRM
• Drive participant engagement through regular follow-ups and outreach

What you need

• 2-3 years of customer support experience
• Comfortable using a CRM to keep accurate records
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work remotely and manage your own time
